New EBA Guidelines on Third-Party Risk Management for Non-ICT Services
The EBA has published its guidelines on third-party risk management for non-ICT services (EBA/GL/2026/09). They will replace the existing Outsourcing Guidelines and considerably widen both the group of addressees and the scope of application.
